I just checked my school email and I thought I would put this on my journal because it's just one of those things you want to remember.

Hi Cynthia, Cindy, Cinely (but not senile),

 Your final grade is 95% (A+). As a word of encouragement (not that I think you need it) but you are one of the most remarkable studens I've had the pleasure of teaching, regardless of age. My impression is that not only are you intelligent but you are also a "good" person with lots of character. I hope you find a job that uses all of your talents because you have much to give.

I don't even know what to say, or how to express how much something like this means to me. All I know is that I'm going to really miss having Tony as a teacher next year. He's such an amazing educator that I took his reading class (which really is just a class about analyzing literature) just because I enjoyed having him so much last semester, by mistake, I ended up being in his class with only ONE extra person so we had a lot of conversations.

The "Cinely/Senile" thing is in reference to the way I write my signature, which makes it look like my d is an "e" attached to an "l". On my last exam, which are all personalized in his class, the headings on each page said "Cinely" which totally distracted me throughout the whole thing. It's just like him :)
